Summer Season Partnership Program (Season runs May - October)
Application due in August.
Supports Los Angeles County resident arts organizations by assisting them to successfully present performances in its 1,200-seat amphitheatre. It seeks to develop new audiences for the partner arts organizations, John Anson Ford Theatres, and the larger Los Angeles County performing arts community. Work may be in any performing arts discipline and events are typically two-hour (or longer) evening events that are geared for adults or families with older children. Winter Season Partnership Program (Season runs October - April)Application due in March.
[Inside] the Ford season participants are part of the Ford’s Winter Partnership Program for Los Angeles County-based theater companies. The 2011-12 Program is open to theatre companies without a permanent venue or those with a permanent venue and an annual budget of under $500,000. Theatre companies must be able to produce a full length run of a theatrical work and have a minimum of three years of theatre producing experience within the past five years.
